Delete your account and data
How to request deletion of your WODIQ account and associated app data, including when you cannot access the app.
Request deletion in WODIQ
WODIQ is operated by Tuinstra.DEV. You can request deletion either in the app or, if you cannot access it, directly by email from this page.
Open WODIQ and go to Settings. Choose the account and data deletion option, review what the request covers, confirm your choice, and submit the request.
This is the preferred route because the request is linked to the account or anonymous device session currently using the app.
If you cannot access the app
You can still request deletion by emailing WODIQ support. If your WODIQ account has an email address, contact us from that address where possible. For an anonymous device session, include the full WODIQ account or session reference if you previously saved it. Without app access or that reference, WODIQ cannot safely associate an unrelated email address with an anonymous session.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, provider credentials, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Email a deletion requestWhat the request covers
The request covers the WODIQ account or anonymous device session and associated app data. This can include app sessions, preferences, provider connections, imported activities, generated and picked workouts, goals, guidance and execution notes, coach-style reviews, feedback, training context, AI content reports, and related share links where they remain linked to the account or session.
Deleting WODIQ data does not delete data held independently by Apple, Google, Garmin, another connected provider, or an app store. Manage that data and revoke platform permissions directly with the relevant provider.
Verification and processing
WODIQ may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account or device session and to prevent unauthorized deletion. If the request cannot be verified, support may ask a follow-up question before proceeding.
Submitting a request records it for review; it is not an instant hard delete. After any required verification, WODIQ aims to complete deletion from active systems within 30 days. If a verified request needs more time because of its complexity or a legal restriction, support will explain the reason and expected timing.
Limited retention
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations or where necessary for audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or billing evidence. WODIQ limits retained data to what is needed for those purposes.
Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days until they expire through the normal backup cycle. They are isolated from normal product access; verified deletion requests must be reapplied if disaster recovery restores an older copy. For more detail about data handling and your privacy rights, read the WODIQ privacy policy.
Read the privacy policyBefore you submit
Account and app-data deletion can be irreversible. Save anything you need before submitting the request and disconnect external providers if you also want to stop future synchronization immediately.
